1. Introduction

FightCloud ("we", "our", "us") is a martial arts academy management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and website at fightcloud.app.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Profile Information

You may optionally provide: phone number, date of birth, gender, weight, height, emergency contact information, and medical information (blood type, allergies). This information is provided voluntarily and can be updated or deleted at any time.

Academy & Training Data

When you use FightCloud, we store: academy memberships, class enrollments, attendance records, belt/rank information, and announcements. This data is necessary to provide the service.

Location Data

We request location access only when setting an academy address on the map. Location is used for geocoding (converting addresses to coordinates) and is not tracked continuously.

Device & Usage Data

We collect push notification tokens (to send you notifications), crash reports (via Sentry), and basic device information for debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the FightCloud service
• To manage your academy memberships and class enrollments
• To send push notifications about classes, approvals, and updates
• To track and display your martial arts rank progression
• To improve the app and fix bugs (crash reporting)
• To communicate with you about the service

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Authentication tokens are stored using device-level secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to see.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with:

• Academy owners and teachers — can see member profiles, enrollment, and attendance for their academy
• Other academy members — can see your display name and rank within shared academies
• Service providers — Supabase (database), Sentry (crash reporting), LocationIQ (geocoding), Google (authentication)

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Opt out of push notifications

7. Children's Privacy

FightCloud is not directed at children under 13. Academy owners may manage minor students with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of FightCloud after changes constitutes acceptance.
