Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FightCloud ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FightCloud is operated by Diego Vargas ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

FightCloud is a mobile application and web platform for martial arts academy management. It provides tools for scheduling, member management, rank tracking, attendance, and communication between academy owners, teachers, and students.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • Minors (under 18) must have parental consent and should be managed by their academy owner
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Academy Owners

Academy owners who register their academy on FightCloud agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their academy
  • Manage their members responsibly and in compliance with local laws
  • Not use the platform for any illegal activities
  • Accept that FightCloud may review and approve/reject academy registrations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious content or spam
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service

6. Content & Data

You retain ownership of content you upload (academy photos, announcements, etc.). By uploading content, you grant FightCloud a license to display it within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will attempt to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

FightCloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of FightCloud after changes constitutes acceptance.
